Landgate

Travel to the town of Landgate in Western Australia for the inspiration of this engineered wood floor with the truly unique slightly pillowed Elm surface layer.  Elm trees were introduced to Australia in the 19th and early 20th centuries, and originally planted as ornamental, garden, and park trees.  The very distinctively figured wood is commonly used in furniture, and now wood flooring.
